  1. What a wonderful journey from care by the mother to walking about on their own. Nothing can trump the Sacred Mother Earth and Nature.

  2. Margaret,
This is simply beautiful and so heart opening to see new life coming into being at Easter time. It is, after all, what the season is all about. What a lovely way to express it. "Lord Have Mercy" a phrase I grew up with from childhood. I agree with Joe, nothing can foil Mother Nature for showing us the true journey.
    Love,

  8. I always love seeing the ducklings trailing along after their mother by the edge of our pond. Usually, their numbers dwindle before they're on their own.

  14. OMG margaret, those are eggs? blue eggs? what a treat.

once i was sitting in my back yard and through the gate comes a mother duck followed in single file by six or seven babies. they walked in a straight line along my fence until the end and scooted under it, headed for the nearby pond. i will never forget it.

you've rmeinded me of that special memory :^)

    love
