haiku my heart: out of the mouths of babes

I am a fairy.
I am smaller than an ant.
I fly to the stars.

This haiku was written by Shavonne, age 5, in her Pre-K class. She enjoys writing, reading, dancing, and being a fairy.

Haiku my heart is the vision of Rebecca Brooks at "recuerda mi corazon." If you would like to participate, just post your haiku on Fridays with an accompanying photo on your blog and link back to recuerda mi corazon.

I see you've written a lot of haiku since last week when i had my first visit here. I like the three pack with the Mantis, Gecko and the Dog. Is that really caviar?

    Peace

  19. Your words make me smile, I never even thought of the size of a fairy. I would never be able to see something so small. : )
